All communication, negotiations, agreements, and transactions take place directly between Hosts and guests, outside the Platform.

2. No Booking or Contractual Relationship

GetStay.gr does not facilitate or process bookings

GetStay.gr is not a party to any agreement between Hosts and guests

Any rental agreement is solely between the Host and the guest

GetStay.gr does not verify, guarantee, or enforce any rental terms

3. Host Responsibilities

By listing a property on GetStay.gr, Hosts confirm that:

They have the legal right to list and rent the property

All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful

Prices, availability, descriptions, and images accurately reflect the property

They comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, taxes, and licensing requirements

They handle all communication, payments, cancellations, and disputes directly with guests

GetStay.gr does not review or validate listings for accuracy.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests acknowledge and agree that:

They contact Hosts at their own discretion

They are responsible for verifying property details before entering any agreement

Any payments or agreements are made outside GetStay.gr

GetStay.gr bears no responsibility for the outcome of any interaction

5. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GetStay.gr does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of listings

GetStay.gr is not responsible for false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information

GetStay.gr is not liable for:

Cancellations or changes

Property conditions or availability

Pricing disputes

Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct

Personal injury, loss, or property damage

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

6. No Endorsement or Verification

Listings do not constitute an endorsement by GetStay.gr

GetStay.gr does not verify the identity of Hosts or guests

No background checks are conducted

All content is provided as-is by Hosts

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Hosts retain ownership of the content they upload

By uploading content, Hosts grant GetStay.gr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote listings

Users may not copy, scrape, or reuse Platform content without prior written permission

8. Removal of Listings

GetStay.gr reserves the right to:

Remove or suspend listings at its sole discretion

Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

Restrict or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetStay.gr, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business

Any disputes or disagreements between Hosts and guests

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

GetStay.gr is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetStay.gr from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of the Platform

Your listings or communications

Any agreements made outside the Platform

13. Changes to Terms

GetStay.gr may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
